This is going to be my personal OC guys! I've had a lot of requests to make one and I've taken my sweet ass time but hey, he's here now! One of the main reasons I was putting off doing him was that I LOVE Venator armour it's my absolute favourite and I didn't want to use it until later when the GEN2 armour was supposed to be manufactured in the halo verse, but when other people, namely UltimateKaiju wanted to use GEN2 armour for his Spartans and I saw how badass he made them look and I was just like... fuck it.

All GEN armour for all Spartans, it's a fan-fic so why not? Technology progressed faster in this timeline anyway

He comes with the Sci-Fi Plasma Assassins Creed Blades I made for Spartan-A21's character and a modified Sangheili Energey dagger and he's set up for Blender Cycles.


If you want to make fanart of the OC but use a poser program like SFM, Gmod or XNALara than just grab an ordinary Venator Armour and use the same colour scheme if possible. The following bio is going to be told from the POV of an interview between two characters, because fuck you that's why! XD

852 BCE - Ce 2183 Galaxy Map timeline

Before this time period there were many ancient races, including ancient Humans, Precursors, Leviathans, Engineers, Isu, Martians (Doom), Forerunners, Protheans, Chozo, Tau Volantis Natives and Cybertronians who inhabited the Galaxy, and many intergalactic civilisations and organisations who had a presence in the Milky Way as well, their history is yet to be explored in detail. Story:

Sometime in 2182

She sat in a leather chair, surrounded by marble stone walls gazing out into the cold blackness of space... her office was as cold as the void and just as harsh, but the scenery was breathtaking. Despite all this, a chill went over the room as he entered, and made her bones shake. The man was dressed a fine cut black suit, stereotypically wearing shades to hide any deceit he may harbour in his eyes, she didn't blame him though, the sun was just starting to peek around the edges of Earth and it was particularly bright up here.

He carried a suitcase and walked over to her desk, unloading it to reveal a bunch of files and documents. She spread them apart and grabbed a hold of one, it was a progression photo of a boy with a smile, a child without hope, a teenager with scares and bruises, blood and horrible dark bags under his eyes, and a man with a cold dark stare, just like this room, just like the void.

"So... this is him... Spartan-024?" said the woman

"Yes."

"I need data, files on his genetic and cellular structure, blood samples"

"It's all there except for the blood, he stopped letting us take it after he got his augmentations, what tests and data we got from it early on are there though"

"I'm still new to this, you need to explain to me how this... Spartan, came to be?"

"Spartan-024 was already a genetic melting pot before we got a hold of him, we were just trying too... tame a wild beast before it imprinted on something else"

"Explain."

"You remember your history don't you...? About the old times, when there were meta-humans everywhere."

"Do you forget who you're talking too?"

"Oh yeah, right, well... Jack was discovered to have of the genes, Mutant, Inhuman and Meta, all of them."

"Don't the Mutant and Inhuman Genes usually cancel each other out? I'm not sure how they'd react with the Meta..."

"Yes and no. Usually it would, but there's been scarce occasions where it didn't, and we're honestly not sure if he was one in a million or if the presence of the Meta-Gene somehow affected the others, nevertheless he has three sets of powers; healing factor, energy absorption and we think, as far as the Inhuman-gene is concerned it grants him various forms of mind powers, ESP, Telepathy, Telekinesis and so on. He also exposed to Element Zero on top of the rest of his bullshit luck, so he can manipulate dark matter as well. The meta-gene seems to somehow... enhance his biotics. I guess because they're so similar they kind of stack. All of his powers seem to work in cohort with each other. The Inhuman gene makes his physiology act like a battery, when he absorbs energy he can re-directed it to other parts of his body, increase his strength or heal even faster than before, charge his biotics, it's quite amazing actually"


"And you decided to take this very rare, very special child, train it, augment it and make it into a weapon? You thought it was a good idea?"


"No. But my superiors did"


"Brilliant. This child should of been an open source case study, the genetic diversity of this subject could of helped us understand so much"


"Genetic study has been pretty regulated since the shadow moses incident"

"Oh, shut-up. We're not talking about anything like that. How'd you take him from his parents?"

"We found him living on the streets."

"Who was that agent?"

"Me. I'm Jack's-was Jacks handler... I'm the one who convinced them to create a special variant of Mjolnir Armour for him"

"How was it different?"

"For such an individual we designed a prototype nanotech GEN2 made with Vibranium, that works in cohort with his powers, it can fuel and amplify his energy absorption abilities by a slim margin, 10.5 percent, and he likes Plasma, a little too much actually, guy's fascinated by it so our techs outfitted it with energy daggers reminiscent of an ancient order of Assassins on the underside of his forearm, and active camouflage. I know, why would he need stealth equipment? He might be hard to kill but he's not invincible, he's vulnerable to "overloading" as we call it, if he absorbs too much energy within a short burst of time and can't off-load it, he'll, for lack of a better word "explode," his body offloads all of the energy by force and it can level a building, then he'll drop though and be unconscious anywhere from five minutes to an hour, it depends on how taxed his healing factor was beforehand and how much power he took on, and how much damage his body needs to heal from. But we're talking a lot of energy here... more than any standard weapons could deal. If he has to heal too much, he'll also drop from exhaustion. The body can only go so far before it needs a rest and food, matter doesn't just appear on it's own, you need something in the tank to replace the missing or damaged tissue of an injury, his body offsets this by the energy it can absorb from the ether, dark matter and such invisible to us, but it's limited. If he becomes too damaged, or too taxed, his abilities begin to fade.... then he'll die. So he also relies heavily on Stealth, at least for the beginning of most of his incursions, likes to scope out wherever he is before he blows it up. Sometimes he'll take out a place clean and tidy but only sometimes, nevertheless we outfitted his armour with stealth equipment because he's more effective with it, don't let that fool you though, guys also got a screw lose so when he feels like it he'll also charge into a battle like he's on on copious amounts of red sand. The first time he killed an Elite he requested to have Sangheili Energy Daggers outfitted to to topside of his forearm's as a more offensive substitute to the Assassin Daggers. Most of the time he's deployed to battle without any weapons because he simply doesn't need them."

"That's.. unnerving"

"Well, we hoped that if we gave him what he wanted he'd be good. We were kind of right... for a time"

"What happened?"

"024 went rogue. Just disappeared, it was one of those rare times when we Spartan MIA we actually meant it. And there's no way he was captured, there's not many a force in this universe that could stop him, physically."

"Where were his last whereabouts?"

"If you're considering conducting any sort of operations outside of UEGA space I'd strongly advise against it, the universe is a dangerous place at the moment Rhodey."

"But if I know where he is, I'll know where not to be..."

Powers/Abilities: Inhuman Gene Precognition/foresight, Mutant Gene Healing Factor, Meta-Gene Direct Energy absorption and manipulation, Biotics.

Spartan 2 augmentations - Occipital Capillary Reversal, Carbide Adamantium Ossification, Catalytic Thyroid Implant, Muscular Enhancement Injections, Superconducting Fibrification of Neural Dendrites. Subject has enhanced reflexes, cognitive processes and strength exceeding the ten tons threshold without armour assistance or Saiyan Gene transformation, doubled (20 tons) with armoured assistance, tripled (30 tons) with Saiyan Transformation and upwards of fifty when both are combined.
